Even though we don’t really do an app review on a daily basis this is one application that drew our attention towards it for being awesome!

What’s so special about this application?
MightyText is an application that integrates your messages (SMS) of your phone into the browser of your laptop/desktop/PC! As of now, it only supports chrome for which the extension is freely available and can be downloaded from here.
All you have to do to use the application is download the application to your android device. The application is freely available in the market. Once you have done this, you set up the account information which includes allowing the application to sync and other basic set up which is easy to understand and even a person new to Android can easily do it. Once the set up is down and the extension is installed in your chrome browser, you are good to go.
The next time you receive a text message on your mobile phone, you will instantly get an alert in your browser of the same.
The beauty of the app is that not only it notifies you that you have received a text message on your phone but you can instantly reply to it from within your browser itself! It uses your phone’s plan i.e. the network for sending the message instead of any online sms sending website.
The only other thing that you need to take care of is that your phone should be using the internet either through wi-fi, 3G, data pack or anything that provides internet!
It instantly also notifies about the incoming calls, also syncs all the contacts on your mobile list i.e. the contacts that were saved in the cloud by google by making use of your email id.
This is one powerful app that you might want to try if you are one of those who is always on the laptop and loves to send sms!
