  • Tegra 3 Quad Core 1.3 GHz processor- Even though we have seen many tablets that function on tegra 3 processor but a 7 inch tablet is sure to give you the best and the fastest performance on a quad core chipset!

That’s pretty much about it as far as the specification of the device is concerned but then we did leave out on one of the biggest USP of the device- the price!

Google Nexus 7 tablet is priced at 200$ and is available in two different variants 8GB and 16GB. Yes folks, the device costs only 200$ and hence is a direct competitor to Amazon Kindle Fire but given what the device backs, it could surely give Apple a run for its money as well.

Google Nexus 7 will be released mid July in US, Canada, UK and Australia at the moment.

How the device will actually span out still remains to be seen but at the first glimpse and taking a look at the specifications of the device, it surely looks worth buying.

We will be reviewing Google Nexus 7 tablet soon. Keep a check on this space for more.

I was going to preorder this as I have a Nexus phone and quite like it. However, I found out that it doesn’t have 3G capability which then makes it a bit redundant for me as I have a laptop for use in the house. Bit of a shame because it looks good and is decently priced…

Yep it does lack 3G and that’s a negative that we thought of too but at its price it still appears to us good enough. As for getting 3G, one can surely use the phone’s 3G by tethering but yeah that will surely drain out the battery of both the devices.
