In the past we have given you amazing songs from amazing bands around the globe. Today, here we are with yet another amazing band – The Fray!
The Fray’s debut album titled ‘How to Save a Life’ was released in the year 2005 and it took quite some while for the band to establish and form an impression. The first album’s title song i.e. ‘How to Save a Life’ is what brought success to the band as it hit the top 3 spot in the Billboard Top 100 charts. The rest of the songs in the first album didn’t fair as well as they would have liked but still it did receive decent amount of success.
The second album by The Fray came in the year 2009 and was self-titled as ‘The Fray’ and debuted at the Top of the Billboard charts. The album was later nominated for a Grammy Award for ‘Best Pop Vocal Album’ in the year 2010.
A number of songs by The Fray have been part of a number of TV sitcoms or TV series. The lyrics, the piano and the emotions in the songs is what forms the soul of The Fray, a soul that is worth listening to over and over again.
